신사동 가로수길 안테룸 호텔 1층에 위치한 '아이뽀유'에 드디어 다녀왔습니다! After multiple tries, I finally got to visit 'I Pho U' located in Singsa-Dong on the first floor of Hotel Anteroom, which serves Vietnamese food.  What's interesting about this place is that it is operated by Chef Jungsik Yim, the Executive Chef of Jungsik, Two MICHELIN Starred restaurant in Seoul and NYC.  특이한 점은 정식당의 임정식 셰프님께서 운영하시는 곳이라는 점인데, 2019년에는 한동안 다양한 종류의 쌀국수를 아이뽀유 팝업을 통해 선보이시곤 하셨습니다.  I Pho U 아이뽀유 I Pho U 아이뽀유 The ambiance of the restaurant is exotic! 굉장히 이국적인 분위기! 금호동에 새로 오픈한 캐주얼 프렌치 레스토랑 '오부이용'에 다녀왔습니다. Located in Geumho, Seoul, a new French bistro opened named 'Au Bouillon.' Although the word 'bouillon' is usually known as broth/stock, it also refers to a Parisian restaurant that serves traditional French cuisine including freshly made bouillon. Inspired by these bouillon-styled restaurants, the chef opened 'Au Bouillon' aiming to create a cozy restaurant serving authentic French cuisine. '부이용'이라는 단어는 프랑스 요리의 기본이 되는 '국물'이라고 많이 알려져 있지만, 부이용을 함께 제공하는 파리 스타일의 레스토랑을 일컫는다고도 합니다. '오부이용'을 이끌고 있는 이성대 셰프님은 이런 파리식의 부이용 레스토랑에 영감을 받아 정통 프렌치 음식을 내어드리고 있습니다. 2020년 10월 성수동 한식을 기반으로 한 요리를 제공하는 내츄럴 와인바, '도믹스'를 다녀왔습니다. Reviewing my visit to Domix in October 2020!  It's a natural wine bar, which serves Korean food based tapas.  It has a bar table that holds about 6 people along with a table for 4 people. Domix is a good place for dates or small gatherings and reservation is recommended as the number of seats is very limited.  힙타운(ㅋㅋ) 성수동에 위치한 도믹스는 약 6명 정도 앉을 수 있는 바 테이블과 4인의 단체손님이 앉을 수 있는 원형 테이블이 있는 아주 작은 바 입니다.  사전에 예약하는 걸 권장 드리며, 데이트나 가까운 사람들과의 소수 모임에 추천 드려요!  코로나19 거리두기의 9시 이후 영업제한이 없던  때에는 보통 2시간 이용 시간이 있어서, 1차나 2차로 가볍게 즐기기 좋은 것 같아요. 안국역에 위치한, 미쉐린 가이드 서울 2021에 그린 스타로 선정된 '꽃, 밥에피다'를 점심에 다녀왔어요.  A Flower Blossom on the Rice, a Korean restaurant located in Insa-Dong, had been selected as Bib Gourmand (exceptionally good food at moderate prices) for the past 4 years.  The Guide introduced a new selection: Green Star - which means "beyond good food, the restaurants promote an ethos of sustainability, from championing local producers with eco-friendly farming method to repurposing food wasted as fodder" according to the MICHELIN Guide.  And 'A Flower Blossom on the Rice' was selected as one of the only 2 restaurants in Seoul, along with Hwanggeum Kongbat. '꽃, 밮에피다(이하 꽃밥)'는 2018년부터 2021년 셀렉션까지 4년 연속 이미 미쉐린가이드 빕구르망으로 선정되었다고 해요.  이제 외식업도 결코 '지속가능성'에 대해서 생각을 하지 않을 수 없는 가운데, 작년 11월 미쉐린가이드 서울 2021 발표 때 두 곳이 '그린 스타'로 선정되었어요. 그 중 한 곳이 '꽃밥'이고 다른 하나는 '황금콩밭.' 참고로 그린 스타는 친환경적이고 지속가능한 요리와 운영을 추구하는 레스토랑을 뜻한다고 합니다😄 I suggest you take the subway as the parking space is
