  2월 18일 점심으로 경복궁 근처에 위치한 '온지음'에 다녀왔습니다.  On February 18th, I visited 'Onjium Restaurant' located near Gyeongbokgung Palace for lunch.  온지음은 아름지기 재단에서 '과거와 현재가 온전히 만나 미래를 짓다'는 가치를 가지고 운영하고 있는 곳입니다. 단순히 식당만 운영하는 것이 아니라, 집공방, 맛공방, 옷공방에서 전통을 연구하고 현대 문화와 접목시켜 내일의 유산을 만들어 간다고 합니다. Onjium actually is not just a restaurant, but operates 3 different studios (clothing, culinary, and housing) with a philosophy that "the past and present come together to create a bright future." They take traditional Korean elements and customs and adapt them into the modern society to leave them as heritage for the future generations. 온지음은 공방을 운영하는 곳이다보니, "셰프"라는 단어를 사용하기 보다는 "방장," "연구원"이라는 호칭을 사용하는 것 또한 새로웠어요. Onjium 온지음 경복궁역에서 나와 돌담길을 따라 쭉 걸어가면 건물 입구에 크게 온지음 사인을 발견하실 수 있어요. 1층에서 예약 확인을 해주시고 엘레베이터를 타고 4층으로 올라가면 됩니다. Once you get to the Onjium building, you will be guided to the 4th floor.
