[Bottarga/보타르가] Italian Restaurant in Apgujeong 도산공원 이탈리안 맛집

작년 9 가오픈 기간에 방문한 ‘보타르가 친구들과 다시 찾았습니다.


한국에서는 파스타가 먹고 싶을  딱히 생각나는 곳이 없었는데보타르가를 만난  정말 인생의 전환점(?)이랄까요ㅋㅋ (진지)


Bottarga, an Italian restaurant located near the Apgujeong Rodeo Station, is one of my all time favorites when I’m in the mood for some great pasta.




작년 친한 셰프들에게 이탈리안 레스토랑 추천해달라고 했을  ‘그라노 추천해주었는데코로나 여파  여러 사유로 방문도 해보기 전에 문을닫으셔서 너무 아쉬웠는데.. (*)


그라노를 맡고 계셨던 손영철 셰프님이 ‘보타르가 새로 오픈하셔서 다녀와  이후로 주변에 추천도 많이하고 약속 장소로 매번 추천하는 곳이에요>_<


보타르가는 “숭어나 참치황새치 등의 알을 주머니 채로 소금에 절여 말린 지중해 음식 뜻합니다.


여기는 테라스 공간도 있어서  좋을 때는 낮부터 맛있는 음식과 와인 즐기고 싶은 공간이에요.


Bottarga, meaning “a delicacy of salted, cured fish roe, typically  of the grey mullet” is led by Chef Youngchul Son.


When people asked me to recommend an Italian restaurant in Seoul, I always had a hard time thinking of one until I had visited Bottarga for the first time in September last year.

참돔 카르파치오🐟

쫄깃하고 신선하고 스타터로 너무 적합했어요.


Great start with Red Sea Bream Carpaccio. This was also their seasonal menu!




와인은 소믈리에님이 추천해주신 

도멘 소매즈 미슐랭 생베랑 2018 으로 마셨어요.


드라이하고 약간의 오크향트로피컬한 아로마와 짭쪼롬한 미네럴리티가 인상적이었어요.


Domaine Saumaize Michelin Saint-Véran 2018 recommended by the sommelier himself.


Dry, slightly oaky, tropical fruit and impressive minerality🥺


갑자기  시즌 메뉴 서비스 주심 나울어😭


이거 진짜 너무 상큼하고 달콤하고 라자냐의 식감은 쫄깃해서 식감 x 재료의 신선함 x  그냥 완벽… 다음 봄에도 만날  있는건가요…?

Insalata di fragola aka strawberry lasagne❤️


Refreshing, sweet, great texture, and everything about it was just PERFECT. I hope I can see it again next spring🙏🏼





치즈 풍미나 후추향이 아직도 강렬하게 기억에 남아 무조건 시키고 보는 카치오 에페페.

지난번보다 레시피는 조금 달라졌어도 최애인건 여전❤️


Ever since the first time here, Cacio e Pepe has been my favorite and a must.


The combination of cheese and pepper is just out of this world.




돼지 앞다리 살이 들어간 리가토니


짭쪼롬한 맛과 쿰쿰한 치즈향이 와인과 정말  어울려요.


Next is Pohang Maiale Rigatoni. Great with the wine😋

크림치즈 같은 식감의 바닐라 젤라또에 설탕에 절인 완두콩피스타치오플뢰르   소금바질올리브 오일단짠단짠


I’m not much of a dessert person, but their desserts, I’ll take everyday all day🤣


Gelato con pisello verde - vanilla gelato like cream cheese topped with peas, pistachio, fleur de sel, basil, and olive oil. Sweet and salty😉

바삭한 식감과 진한 초콜렛과 꼬냑 향이 가득한 부드러운 크림..


오랜만에 만난 친구들도 너무 좋아했던 보타르가는 역시 추천해주는 이들한테 실패하는 법이 없어요.


Chocolate cannoli for the finale😍 crunchy, sweet, and rich!!


Never a fail at Bottarga.

[Nanpo / 난포] Korean Restaurant & Bar in Seongsu 성수동 한식 맛집

방문하면 할수록 너무나 매력적인 성수동의 난포를 다녀왔습니다.  Seongsu/Seoul Forest is probably the hottest place in Seoul these days especially with so many cool places to eat and drink. My friends and I decided to visit Nanpo, a new Korean restaurant/bar. Nanpo is the name of a small village near the sea in Changwon, a city in the Southern part of Korea. Its dishes are based on the theme of what a grandma used to make for her loving granddaughter. So they almost never use chemical seasoning/artificial flavors.  난포는 낙원그룹이 운영하고 있는 한식당/주점으로 작은 바닷가 마을의 이름을 따와 할머니가 손녀를 위해 만들던 음식을 주제로 하고 있다고 합니다.  The menus are very simple. Now that I'm writing in English, I wonder if they have an English version of the menus.  Basically, the first photo is a list of dishes and the second is that of beverages. They also have Hwayo 25 and 41! They don't sell regular soju  here.  메뉴판은 매우 간단한 편 입니다. 사실 한식당(?)이라고 하기엔 조금, 아니 많이 한식 주점에 가까운 것 같습니다.  Seasonal Fish & Ripe Kimchi Rolls 제철회묵은지말이 This seems to be favorite for a lot
